thenstopBlueScalebeforebeginning

theupdate.

Occasionally,theoperatorpanelDriveStatustab

doesnotindicatewhenadriveisinafailedstate.

UsetheBlueScalewebinterfacetodeterminethe

statusofthecomponentinquestion.

WhenDPMisinstalled,thenames

servicesitinstallsarenotlistedcorrectlyonthe

hot‐swappable.Ifarootexpanderisremoved
